Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 9, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how VibeLabCollab ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your rights to control our use of them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a website to remember information about your visit — such as whether you are signed in — so that you do not have to re-enter it every time.
First-party cookies are set by VibeLabCollab directly. Third-party cookies are set by other services used on the site (such as Cloudflare for security and infrastructure).
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential to provide you with services available on the Site. Without them, you cannot sign in or stay authenticated. They cannot be rejected without losing access to core functionality.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
vibelab_session |
Keeps you signed in. Set when you log in and cleared when you log out. | 30 days | First-party |
Cloudflare infrastructure cookies
VibeLabCollab is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may set cookies for the following purposes:
- Security — detecting and preventing malicious traffic, DDoS protection
- Performance — routing requests efficiently through Cloudflare's global network
These are infrastructure-level cookies set by Cloudflare as part of the service. You can learn more about how Cloudflare uses cookies in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
What we do NOT use
We do not use:
- Advertising or tracking cookies
- Analytics cookies that follow you across websites
- Social media tracking pixels
- Fingerprinting or behavioral profiling technologies
How to control cookies
You have the right to accept or reject cookies beyond what is strictly necessary. You can manage your preferences in the Cookie Consent Manager, which appears as a banner on the Site (managed by Cloudflare's Consent Manager).
You can also control cookies at the browser level. Note that disabling the vibelab_session cookie will prevent you from staying signed in. Here are links to cookie controls for major browsers:
Other tracking technologies
Cookies are not the only technology that can identify returning visitors. We may use web server logs that record IP addresses and page requests. This data is used solely for security and operational purposes and is not shared with advertisers.
We do not use Flash cookies, web beacons, or tracking pixels for marketing purposes.
How often will this policy be updated?
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal and operational reasons. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Please check back periodically.
